Job summary

SeaWorld in San Diego is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors for a seasonal, high-energy role during event operations. You will help manage performances, ensure guest safety, and maintain a positive environment under pressure.

Ideal candidates have event or stage management experience, are 18+, and can work Thursdays through Sundays with night hours, weekends, and holidays from Sept 1 to Nov 1, 2026, including Halloween night.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Entertainment, Theater, or Event Management preferred.
• Previous event or stage management experience required, especially in fast-paced immersive environments.
• Must be available Thursday through Sunday during event operation, with extended hours for rehearsals, install, and strike.
• Willing and able to work nighttime hours, weekends, and holidays as required, including Halloween night.

• Lead a team of ambassadors to deliver high-energy performances.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment and strong guest service.
• Communicate clearly with staff and performers under pressure.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth event execution and safety.
