Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Site Experience Laborer for the Escape Halloween 2026 event in San Bernardino, CA. You will help with load-in/out, cable work, and safe handling of equipment while contributing to professional show production.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, following safety rules, communicating with crew leads, and operating forklifts or lifts as certified. This role requires 1+ year festival experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum festival or concert experience.
• Must possess valid and current driver license.
• Must possess valid and current U.S. passport.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, etc.
• Knowledge in basic lighting and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs the load-in and out of department equipment and props.
• Assist with audio/lighting cabling as needed.
• Responsible for communicating details of the event to crew leads.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and props.
• Comply with company safety regulations.
• Operate and care for work areas in a safe, clean manner.
• Project a professional image by working steadily and as a team member.
• Safely operate various types of utility vehicles and heavy equipment with required certification.
• Follow all safety, corporate and department policies.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
• Assist with emergency and unscheduled repairs.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
