Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Site Experience Crew Member to ensure successful festival installations, handling the technical and physical aspects of production and scenic setup. This is not a remote role and requires on-site work.

You will report to Crew Leads and Project Managers, supporting load-in/out, cabling, and safety compliance while conveying clear information to the team and maintaining professional standards across events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year festival/concert/production experience.
• Valid and current driver license.
• Valid and current U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Load-in / load-out of department equipment and elements.
• Assist with audio/lighting cabling as needed.
• Communicate event details to crew leads.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and props.
• Comply with safety regulations (OSHA).
• Operate and care for work areas safely.
• Present a professional image while working as a team member.
• Safely operate utility vehicles and heavy equipment with proper certification.
• Follow all company policies and verbal/written directives.
• Use hand and power tools as required.
• Identify faulty equipment and report to Crew Lead or Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
