Join us as a Hallmark Retail Sales Leader (part-time key holder) at Hallmark Cards in Store #773, located in Maryville, TN.

About the Role

This part-time position is based in our Gold Crown store inside Foot Hills Mall. You will contribute to one of the world's most iconic brands, inspiring meaningful connections through our products and experiences. Our store offers a caring environment where we celebrate life's special moments and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that inspires customers and encourages repeat visits.
• Model and coach sales and service skills, assist customers in finding the perfect cards and gifts.
• Lead store associates in the absence of the Store Manager, providing feedback and support.
• Communicate daily priorities and store goals, maintaining a positive team environment.
• Manage store operations including product replenishment, merchandising, sales transactions, shipments, and inventory management.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service; or at least 6 months in a Hallmark store.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to open and close the store multiple times per week and work at least 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Comfort with using computers and technology.

Compensation
