Overview

This part-time opportunity is at our Hallmark Gold Crown store #538 in Cordova Mall, Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our team, you'll help deliver a memorable shopping experience and support our mission to inspire meaningful connections through our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, helping guests find the perfect cards and gifts.
• Lead and motivate store associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Communicate daily priorities and foster a fun, supportive team environment.
• Manage store operations including merchandising, inventory, and sales transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience, or 6 months in a Hallmark store.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
