This part-time opportunity is located at our Hallmark Corporate owned Gold Crown store #385 in Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, FL.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Our Part-Time Sales Leaders bring the Hallmark mission to life in the store. They are the face of the Hallmark brand to customers and vital to our success.

THE PART-TIME SALES LEADER DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests inspired, connected, and eager to return.
  • Modeling and coaching service and selling skills to help customers find perfect card and gift solutions.
  • Leading store associates in the absence of the Store Manager, providing feedback and support.
  • Communicating daily priorities, goals, and business updates while maintaining a fun and supportive team environment.
  • Executing store operations such as product replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, managing inventory, and conducting point-of-sale audits.
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • One or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service; or at least 6 months in a Hallmark Corporate Store.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Availability to open and close the store 3+ times per week and work 2+ weekend shifts per month.
  • Ability to stand/walk continuously; push/pull frequently; bend, stoop, crawl, reach above shoulders, kneel; climb ladders; and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
  • Effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency with computers and technology.
