WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Our Part-Time Sales Leaders bring the Hallmark mission to life in the store. They are the face of the Hallmark brand to customers and vital to the success of Hallmark.

THE PART-TIME SALES LEADER DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, connected, and eager to return.
• Modeling and coaching service and selling skills while helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Leading store associates when the Store Manager is unavailable, providing ongoing feedback.
• Communicating daily priorities, goals, and business updates while maintaining a fun and supportive team environment.
• Executing store operations such as product replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, managing inventory, and POS audits.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• One or more years in retail, sales, or customer service; or at least 6 months in a Hallmark Store.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Availability to open and close the store 3+ times per week and 2+ weekend shifts per month.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, reach, climb ladders, and carry up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Proficiency with computers and technology.
