WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Our Part-Time Sales Associates embody this mission in the store. They are the face of the Hallmark brand to customers and are crucial to our success by engaging with shoppers to help them find and create the perfect card and gift solutions for various occasions.

THE PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, connected, and eager to return.
  • Making product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet store goals.
  • Performing operational tasks such as setting displays, restocking, preparing online orders, and cashiering.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 16 years old with the ability to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused with effective communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable with technology and computers.
