What You Will Do:

Our Part-Time Sales Associates bring our mission to life in the store. They are the face of Hallmark to customers and play a vital role in engaging with shoppers to help them find the perfect cards and gifts for every occasion.

The Part-Time Sales Associate Duties Include:

1. Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that inspires and encourages customers to connect and return.
2. Making product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
3. Working collaboratively to achieve store goals.
4. Performing operational tasks such as setting displays, stocking, preparing online orders, and cashiering.

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 16 years old and able to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk frequently, push/pull, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Adaptability, sense of urgency, and comfort with technology.
