WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Our Part-Time Sales Associates bring our mission to life in the store. They represent the Hallmark brand to customers and are crucial for engaging shoppers, helping them find perfect cards and gifts for various occasions.

THE PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES INCLUDE:

1. Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests inspired and eager to return.
2. Making product recommendations that meet customer needs.
3. Working as part of a team to achieve store goals.
4. Performing store operations such as setting displays, stocking, preparing online orders, and cashiering.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 16 years old, with ability to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk frequently, push/pull, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with effective communication skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and proficiency with technology.
