WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will embody our mission in the store, representing the Hallmark brand to customers and helping them find the perfect cards and gifts for every occasion.

YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing an exceptional shopping experience that inspires and encourages customers to connect and return.
  • Making tailored product recommendations.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet store goals.
  • Handling store operations such as setting displays, stocking, preparing online orders, and cashiering.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 16 years old and able to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills and customer focus.
  • Adaptability and technological proficiency.
