Drive HairClub’s vision to be the trusted leader in total hair solutions for all, helping people discover their true confidence and achieve their goals. The Stylist Level I will be responsible for servicing Xtrands+ clients efficiently and delivering the Ultimate Client Experience while mastering the Xtrands+ solution. The Stylist Level I will work collaboratively with key functional areas and senior leadership to drive the HairClub’s Core Four: Employee Experience, Client Experience, Sales Experience and Facilities, Inventory and Technology (FIT)C and create memories of a lifetime and making a difference in the lives of others.What’s in it for you? • $18.00 per hour base pay
• PLUS uncapped styling & retail Commissions, Commissions on upselling solutions, and Tips for excellent service!
• Typical average annual earning potential is $40-$45k with top performers earning over $50k
• Clientele Established. No Building required
• Paid Training on our solutions, products and techniques

• Paid vacation days, paid holidays, and personal days your 1st year!
• Set schedule, Salon hours Tuesday through Saturday. Closed Sunday & Monday.
• Our Stylists work in private rooms for the discretion of our clients

What You’ll Need:

• Current active cosmetology license in the state in which you are applying.
• Skilled at analyzing, consulting and educating clients regarding hair care and hair care products.
