Great Clips is hiring motivated Hair Stylists/Barbers to join our Spokane salons. You’ll deliver GREAT haircuts, connect with customers, and contribute to a positive salon culture through ongoing training and incentives.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time after 90 days, $500 for part-time, guaranteed hourly wages plus tips, flexible scheduling, PTO, bonuses, and health benefits. No current clientele required—bring your talent and enthusiasm.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
