Qualifications

• Cosmetology schooling completed and CA license required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury customer service environment.
• 3 years experience in cutting, styling, and coloring hair.

• Must meet all city and county licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

This role requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, technical excellence, and ongoing education, as well as compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high level of guest service with each guest interaction
• Perform salon treatment services as outlined in spa treatment protocols
• Participate in all salon treatment and service training programs
• Assist guests with at- home care program and products
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a recognized school of cosmetology.
• Must be a graduate of a licensed Cosmetology program and hold a valid license from the California State Board of Cosmetology. Prefer a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury customer service environment.
• Must possess 3 years experience in cutting, styling, and coloring hair
• A high school diploma is required
