Job summary

Life Time is seeking a licensed cosmetologist stylist to provide a range of hair services and treatments at our LifeSpa and Salon. You will educate clients on products, stay current with trends, and promote services while maintaining professional salon standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of styling experience, a valid cosmetology license, and the ability to handle a dynamic client base in a full‑time setting. Competitive incentives are offered alongside base pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest's overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest's expectations.

++Pay++

This position receives a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage. In addition to incentive pay between 5% to 55% depending on team member productivity.
