Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Hair Stylist to join the Spa Team!

This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service, and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel features 290 rooms, an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th-floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets including a restaurant, poolside grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Shift: Ideally 2-3 days availability, preferably at least Friday/Saturday (Hair Dry Bar hours: 10am - 7pm)

• Pay Rate: This position is paid solely on commission and service charges.

What will I be doing?

As an On-Call Hair Stylist, you will provide professional hair care and treatments to guests, supporting our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Performing hair care services including styling and straightening
• Providing accurate information about salon products
• Utilizing, maintaining, and conducting inventory of supplies and products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Maintaining records as required by regulations
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving service issues promptly and courteously
• Performing general Spa duties as needed
