Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands offers a FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for beauty school students transitioning to professional careers. You’ll receive mentorship, orientation, advanced training, and guidance from seasoned cosmetologists as you begin earning behind the chair.

As a hairstylist student, you’ll support the guest experience, develop your craft through a tailored plan, and work with licensed pros on select guests while building a personal clientele.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: night, weekend, and holiday hours to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Passion: willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon and assist with front-desk tasks as needed.
• Develop skills through a structured training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro for consultations on guests and learn through observation and practice.
• Observe professionals, ask questions, and build a strong client base as you progress.
