Job Overview

The Salon Technician is responsible for providing salon clientele with professional services related to hair, nails, and skin care. Reporting to the Salon Manager or Desk Manager, this nonexempt position requires a passion for the hair industry, creativity, motivation, and a love for the job.

Position Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals.
• Greet clients promptly upon arrival.
• Build and maintain a client base through recruitment and customer cards.
• Provide quality services and recommend retail products.
• Respond professionally to customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain good communication with clients and team members.
• Engage in ongoing education about products and industry trends.
• Ensure the work area and salon meet State Board Regulations.
