Job summary

Great Clips is looking for a hairstylist to join a locally owned salon. You’ll provide GREAT haircuts, build genuine connections with customers, and enjoy a supportive team vibe.

We offer guaranteed hourly wages and tips, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a path for advancement within the brand. A license is required, and experience is welcome but not mandatory as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License required (licensing varies by state)
• Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and deliver GREAT haircuts
• Willingness to learn and follow Great Clips training and brand standards
• Ability to work with teammates to maintain a positive salon vibe
