Job summary

Great Clips is hiring talented hairstylists to join our locally owned salon network. As a hair stylist/barber, you will provide Great Clips-quality haircuts, build lasting connections with guests, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy team environment.

We offer guaranteed hourly wages plus tips, flexible schedules (full-time and part-time available), and award-winning technical training with ongoing education to help you advance to salon leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe

Responsibilities

• Join a locally owned Great Clips salon and provide quality haircuts
• Deliver GREAT customer service and build rapport with clients
• Maintain salon standards and participate in ongoing education/training
• Support scheduling needs and contribute to a positive team environment
