Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or GED; Current Cosmetology license; 2+ years’ experience as a stylist.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to foster positive learning culture.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead educator/trainer for Drybar shops with focus on blowout techniques and customer experience.
• Conduct auditions and interviews to assess stylist talent.
• Train team on new products, promotions, and services.
• Maintain quality by upholding Drybar standards and providing feedback to management.
• Provide ongoing in-person shop support and lead by example with blowouts.
