2. Ensuring client comfort at all times
3. Performing all hair services
4. Developing client relationships to retain and expand business through consistent service and product knowledge
5. Participating in salon activities such as staff meetings, promotions, continuing education, and training
6. Adhering to compliance regulations related to professional licensing
7. Reporting damaged equipment to management
