Addison Reserve Country Club and Association is seeking to hire a Hair Stylist to join our team of professionals.

Availability: Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer quality services.
• Explain various treatments/services to guests.
• Generate product sales and future appointment bookings.
• Provide courteous guest service with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Engage in professional and friendly conversations with clients.
• Work well with others and as part of a team.
• Work effectively under pressure.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle various duties.
• Assist in other areas of the spa during downtime.
• Avoid discussing company or personal business with guests or members.
• Possess a genuine desire to positively impact clients' well-being.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines set by state and club.
• Knowledge of all spa and salon services.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Be flexible with work schedules due to industry cyclical nature.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Understanding of customer service principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.
• Knowledge of chemical compositions, safety, and disposal methods related to salon products.
• Detail-oriented, friendly, outgoing, with excellent communication and computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Assist members by sitting, standing, crouching, or kneeling as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Current Florida State Cosmetology License.
• At least 3 years of experience in an upscale salon, country club, hotel, or spa.
• CPR certification preferred.
