Job summary

Belk is seeking a Salon Technician to provide professional hair, nails, and skin services in a high-traffic Southeast mall location. The role reports to the Salon Manager, with a focus on meeting service and retail goals while delivering quality client care.

Weekly in-salon training and opportunity to attend external education classes are offered to support ongoing growth. The candidate should have a valid cosmetology license and 2–5 years of experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry,

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license required.
• Ability to provide hair, nail, and skin services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new Request Clients and maintain Customer Client Cards.
• Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals.
• Provide quality professional service through technical skills and product recommendations.
