Belk is seeking a creative and motivated Hair Stylist to join our Southeast mall salons. You will provide professional hair, nail, and skin-related services, build a loyal client base, and contribute to retail sales goals. The role emphasizes ongoing education, teamwork, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will report to the Salon Manager, maintain a polished appearance, and adhere to state regulations while growing your skills through in-salon and outside education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current board-certified cosmetology license.
• Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
