Life Time Inc. is seeking a licensed stylist to provide a range of hair services and treatments that enhance guest experience at the club. You will educate guests on LifeSpa products and services while staying current with trends and techniques.

Responsibilities include delivering personalized services, maintaining salon standards, and promoting products to drive sales. Strong client service and product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1–3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in the state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens, and staying current in style and technique.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains work stations to salon standards.
