Stylist Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State of TN.
• Desire to learn a new technique of hair cutting and color
• Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to cut hair and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to discuss Product Knowledge and recommend the right professional hair care products to clients.
• Color Expertise and advanced techniques are a plus

Salary: Guaranteed Hourly Base plus Commission on Service and Retail Sales
