Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform hair, beard cutting, trimming, styling, and other services like massages, coloring, shaving, and waxing
• Utilize POS system accurately and add notes to client accounts
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products and promotions
• Work cohesively with the team to meet performance goals

Job Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Cosmetologist or Barber License
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• At least one year of salon or barbershop experience
• Proficiency in men's grooming, haircuts, and beard care
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
