Job summary

Red Lounge Barber Inc. is seeking 2-3 dependable barbers or hairstylists who enjoy working with clients and want to grow their skills and clientele. The owner offers hands-on guidance in men's haircutting and barbering techniques, and experience with both men's and women's hair is a plus.

You will provide cuts and styling, listen to clients, keep your workstation clean, and build relationships to encourage repeat bookings while continuing to develop your skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current New Jersey license for barbering.
• Experience in haircutting; reliable and professional.
• Willingness to learn and provide friendly customer service.
• Color and perm experience welcomed.
• Existing clientele or social media portfolio is a plus.

Compensation
