Our store in Terrell is seeking an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you'll help build a strong team that provides excellent customer service and fosters a culture focused on achieving outstanding salon results. With an existing large client base, you'll join an established team with ample resources for success.

The core responsibilities include motivating and managing hair stylists & barbers to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The role involves balancing time between cutting hair and coaching the team.

Our managers typically earn $30-40 per hour, including base pay, tips, and bonuses.
