Our locally-owned Sport Clips store location in Oregon City is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. No management experience? No problem! We will train you. As the Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to build a team and foster a culture focused on excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery. Our comprehensive training program will help you develop skills to manage your own store and advance your career.

Description

Your core responsibilities will include understanding store operations, motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for clients, and coaching stylists to reach their potential. Our management team will guide you on store operations, team motivation, and coaching. Compensation includes an hourly wage, bonuses, and tips, totaling $25-$40 per hour based on performance.
