Duties

1. Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair threading.
2. Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
3. Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and color theory to offer the best recommendations.
4. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
5. Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
6. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
7. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing expertise and best practices.
8. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon space, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills
