• Assist senior stylists with client consultations, preparing stations, and maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with salon sanitation standards
• Support with hair care treatments, including shampooing, conditioning, and scalp massages to enhance client experience
• Learn and assist with various hair styling techniques such as blowouts, updos, braiding, and basic haircuts using professional tools like scissors and straight razors
• Gain hands‑on experience in hair coloring processes, including applying color theory principles and performing glazes under supervision, until ready
• Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction

Skills

• Familiarity with hair care products, blow drys, coloring techniques, and sanitation protocols
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
