Job Description:

• Provide assistance with mixing color, shampooing, blow dry, styling, and any other services to be met.
• Must be able to explain process, products, treatments, and services to clients.
• Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Willing to broaden knowledge about hair coloring and styling.
• Payment transactions.

Qualifications:

• Must have California Cosmetology License!
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize; very important as workload is continuous and fast-paced.
• Able to follow directions but can also work independently and proactively.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable.
• Positive and fun attitude!
• Updated knowledge of salon and beauty products.
• Experience in salon environment but not required.
• Maintain the concept of the brand.
• Must be able to commit to work 3-4 days per week; some days may be 8-12 hours long.
