The NEW Shear Dimensions Salon in West Milford, NJ is looking for two stylists, experienced preferred, but open to recent grads too.. We are looking for two team players with positive attitudes to join our exceptionally talented team of stylists.. Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.. Generous benefits and compensation packages; guaranteed hourly rate with a bonus program based on production. Stylists on average make 50% on services and can go up to 55%. We have bonus commissions on retail sales. The salon does NOT charge stylists any Back Bar fees. We have have regular classes on new trends and techniques.. We offer Health and Dental insurance as well as a 401 (k) program.. Responsibilities. Provide exceptional customer service. Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques. Be a team player, be positive, be friendly, be supportive and be professional!. Maintain a clean and professional work station. Come join our team!
