We are looking for Bubbly Stylists or Barbers to join our team Here are some of the reasons you will LOVE working at Pigtails & Crewcuts: $500.00 sign-on bonus paid throughout your first 90 days as you meet your performance goals! Above-market base hourly pay, PLUS higher base pay on weekends! Get paid more for the busier shifts AND make more tips because it's busy!!!. Work-Life Balance: Have a fixed schedule, get off by 6 on weekdays, 5 on Saturdays and Sundays allows for a better work-life balance, providing time for personal activities and relaxation. Full-time is 36 hours a week. Cutting hair is a demanding job so we encourage relaxation!. Stable Clientele: Not having to worry about building a big clientele and having the assurance that there will be a consistent flow of clients, even for new employees, adds a level of job security and reduces stress. We do all the marketing and have over 10 years worth of clients ready for you! You'll be busy from day 1!.
