Job Summary

We are seeking talented Hair Stylists & Barbers to join our team at Haircutter in the Meadow, the #1 salon studio in Secaucus, NJ, with over 40 years in business. Our clientele includes business professionals, families, sports, and media personnel from the high-rise district, Manhattan, Bergen/Hudson County, and beyond.

Our 2,000 sq. ft. facility features a main cutting floor, backbar area, and private rooms for full hair and nail services. Stylists skilled in highlighting, ombre, balayage, hair coloring, Brazilian Keratin treatments, Japanese Straightening, and similar techniques will benefit from our weekly bonus pay scale plus tips.

Located on Rt. 3, near the Lincoln Tunnel, with free 24-hour security parking and a beautiful courtyard atrium, our salon offers a tranquil environment. The area is rich in amenities, including hotels, a movie theater, retail shops, restaurants, and more. The atrium serves as a community space where clients and locals relax and socialize.

At Haircutter in the Meadow, you set your own schedule—there's virtually no boss. We operate on a philosophy that respects professionals' lifestyles, with 44 years of successful operation.

Compared to traditional salon models, our setup protects service providers from high rents and shifting trends, allowing you to focus on your craft and income. We are open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week, offering up to 70 hours weekly. You can choose your hours via our cloud-based appointment system, with flexible scheduling from a few hours to full-time.
