JOB FUNCTIONS:

To provide high-quality, professional services to clients and use professional skills to meet the individual needs of each client. To prescribe appropriate hair, nail, and facial products and services for each guest. Educate the guest regarding home maintenance and the benefits of additional services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide the highest quality treatments and professional concepts.
• Work as part of the Spa therapy team to consistently deliver excellent treatment standards, creating a sensory journey for clients to rest, relax, and regain balance and harmony.
• Start and end treatments on time, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
• Ensure all equipment and linens are fully stocked daily at your workstation.
• Attend detailed training upon hire to become fully competent in all Mandara signature services within 30 days.
• Ensure each guest receives a completed prescription form after every service.
• Strive to achieve a minimum of 15% retail sales daily/weekly/monthly.
• Maintain stock levels according to company PAR standards to reduce waste.
• Set up your service area per procedures and dispose of laundry promptly.
• Confidently relay product and service benefits to clients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Self-motivated with a professional appearance.
• Compliance with State Board sanitation and sterilization procedures.
• Relevant training and certification as a licensed Hair Stylist with skills in cutting, coloring, and blow-drying.
• Sufficient state license.
• Proven sales and recommendation skills.
• Team player, responsible, and dependable.
• High personal standards and values.
• Excellent client care and attention to detail.
• Willingness to update technical skills through ongoing training.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexible and cooperative attitude.
• Additional experience or certification as a Make-up Artist and/or Nail Technician is a strong plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Spa and retail environment with minimal dust and noise exposure.
• May require overtime, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
