Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in Livonia is looking to hire hair stylists for our location next to the Meijer on Middlebelt. If you enjoy interacting with kids and parents, have a friendly nature, a positive attitude, and engage guests actively, you may be a perfect fit for a Sharkey’s Hair Stylist position!

We are a premier provider of haircuts and birthday parties, bringing fun, excitement, and expertise to kids haircuts. Job Description:

Hair Stylist must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude, committed to providing a fun and exciting haircut experience for children and parents. Ability to listen and communicate effectively to ensure complete satisfaction. Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, and styling.

Responsibilities:

• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards.
• Stay updated on current hair cutting and styling trends.
• Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well with kids.

Qualifications:

• Current Cosmetology license for Michigan.
• Minimum one year experience.
