You don't need to bring a full book of clients—we've successfully built full books for stylists new to town within just three months, often matching or exceeding their previous prices.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to set realistic expectations while prioritizing hair health.

• Maintain open communication with clients throughout their services.

• Master the KEVIN.MURPHY and VIRTUE product lines and educate clients on their benefits.

• Deliver high-quality color and cutting services with precision and care.

• Keep accurate records of color formulas and client notes.

• Meet performance goals, reviewed individually every other month.

• Maintain an active, engaging social media presence to showcase your work and attract new clients. Successful content presents you as a confident, talented, and approachable stylist with your personality shining through.

• Step into support roles as needed to assist your teammates.

What We Look For

• Licensed Professional:Current South Carolina cosmetology license.

• Technical Skills:Strong skills in shampooing, blow drying, styling, color theory, and cutting techniques.

• Tech Savvy:Comfortable using salon software and engaging on social media.

• Team Player:Collaborative, positive, and eager to grow.

• Client-Focused:Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for creating great hair experiences.
