You Must Have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state of Wisconsin.
• The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday).
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better.
• Salon experience is an asset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the bar’s vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards.
• Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity).
• Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential.
• Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador.
• Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment.
• Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to management roles.
