Blo Blow Dry Bar in Franklin, TN is seeking an energetic stylist to deliver our Pink Carpet Treatment and signature blowouts. You will consult with guests to achieve their hair goals, recommend products, and maintain a polished workstation in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Weekend availability is preferred, and we offer paid training, access to premium brands, and growth opportunities as Blo Daytona expands its footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required to work in state.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills are needed.
• Passion for helping guests look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Blo's signature Pink Carpet Treatment to guests from check-in to checkout.
• Perform signature blowouts and styling services to achieve client goals.
• Provide personalized product/service recommendations for hair goals.
• Build lasting relationships to convert guests into loyal Blo family members.
• Maintain a clean, organized styling station reflecting the Blo brand.
• Participate in ongoing education and team meetings to grow skills.
• Contribute to a fun, positive salon atmosphere during shifts.

You Must Have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday expected) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, especially Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty industry and helping guests look and feel their absolute best
• Salon experience an asset

• Help create the fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere that makes guests excited to come back.
