Job summary

Blo Orlando in Florida is seeking a licensed cosmetologist to join our busy salon team. You will work in a professional, friendly environment, focusing on delivering beauty services and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold an active state cosmetology license, can work peak hours Thu–Sat, and bring a passion for beauty. Salon experience is an asset and growth opportunities are available within the Blo family.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date cosmetology license for the state.
• Ability to work weekends (Sat with Sun and Fri availability preferred) and peak hours (Thu–Sat).
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better.
• Salon experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment.
• Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists.
• Potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or promoted to senior stylist or management roles.

You Must Have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience an asset
