What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of salon experience
• Existing clientele preferred but not required
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
• Friendly, professional, and team oriented
• Motivated to grow your career in a positive, upscale environment

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools
• Knowledge of hair care products
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as ROSY for scheduling
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities
