• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to proper sanitation protocols for tools and workstations.
• Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations on color theory or barbering techniques, and ensure a positive experience.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering from an accredited program; additional certifications in hair coloring, hair threading, eyelash extensions, or makeup are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of hair care products, retail math for upselling opportunities, and retail sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
• Rental booth or commission offered.
