Copperfalls Spa & Salon is an education-forward Aveda Lifestyle Salon seeking a licensed, experienced stylist who values elevated craft, genuine connection, and a workplace rooted in respect and integrity. Aveda trained a PLUS!

This role is ideal for a stylist who is confident behind the chair, takes pride in the guest experience, and is looking for a salon home that supports long-term growth—professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished haircutting, color, and styling services.
• Create thoughtful, customized consultations and guest experiences.
• Build consistency through rebooking, retail knowledge, and follow-through.
• Maintain Aveda standards, sanitation, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with a supportive, professional team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive commission-based compensation.
