Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Stylist to provide hair services and treatments (cuts, perms, coloring, highlights, foiling) that enhance the guest experience at our Life Spa & Salon.

You will educate clients on Life Spa products and services, stay current with trends, and promote offerings. Requirements: HS diploma or GED, completed Cosmetology school, 1–3 years’ styling experience, and a cosmetology license. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
