Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and other services based on client needs.
• Create personalized recommendations based on each client's hair goals and lifestyle.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, appointments, and service information using salon software.
• Recommend professional products and services that genuinely support the client's needs.
• Contribute to retail sales through knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with and support fellow team members.
• Mentor and encourage junior stylists as appropriate.
• Provide an elevated guest experience from consultation through checkout.
