Position Summary

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guests' overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and products that exceed guests' expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide individualized hair services and treatments tailored to clients' needs and expectations.
2. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their styles.
3. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance, staying current with styles and techniques.
4. Promote all LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
5. Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
6. Keep work stations clean and organized according to salon standards.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completed Cosmetology school
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
• Cosmetology license in the state of employment
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working as a stylist in a professional setting
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software

Pay

This position offers commissions ranging from 35% to 70%, depending on product sales and productivity. The minimum weekly pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
