Apex Retail Pte Ltd in Orchard is seeking a skilled scalp care professional to provide consultations, deep cleansing, treatments and relaxing massages. You will guide clients with personalized home-care plans and product recommendations, tracking progress and ensuring sanitised equipment.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and weekend/holiday shifts. Certifications in beauty/cosmetology and knowledge of herbal scalp care are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in scalp/hair care, beauty therapy or salon services preferred.
• Great communication & customer service.
• Skilled in hands-on treatments & massage.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn.
• Able to work weekends & PH on rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of herbal/TCM scalp care (preferred).
• Experience with scalp analysis equipment (preferred).
• Beauty/cosmetology certification (preferred).

• Conduct scalp consultations & diagnostic analysis

• Perform deep cleansing, nourishing, herbal & therapeutic scalp treatments + relaxing massage

Earnings & Benefits

• Monthly Base Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 (by experience)

• Commission Structure:

  • Service Commission: $10 – $15 per session

  • Product Commission: 5% – 10% on retail sales
